La société Energie Du Mali SA (EDM-SA) est l’agence d’exécution du projet. Le Projet vise à renforcer l’approvisionnement électrique des localités de Bamako, Kati, Koulikoro et leurs environs en assurant un accès fiable, durable et abordable à l’électricité.
