Ses objectifs spécifiques sont (i) l’autonomisation économique des jeunes, des femmes et des hommes affectés par la crise à travers l’amélioration de leur employabilité et la création d’emplois, (ii) la cohésion sociale dans les communautés cibles, la protection des populations vulnérables et particulièrement des femmes, et la stabilisation des zones ciblées, et (iii) l’accès aux infrastructures sociales de base (éducation et santé) dans les zones ciblées.
