General Procurement Notice 1. Funding Details The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project. Additional financing information: The client („Zagrebački Holding“) has applied for a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development which will comprise of two stages: (i) a committed Tranche 1 of up to EUR 35 million and (ii) uncommitted Tranche 2 of up to EUR 35 million. 2. Information on the Project Project Description: Proceeds of the loan (committed Tranche 1) will be used to finance encompassing projects under the first stage of the Urban Revitalisation Improvement Plan, including (i) development of underground parking facilities, (ii) installation of bicycle supporting infrastructure and (iii) infrastructure for charging stations for electric vehicles (“EV”) in Company’s facilities. Estimated Total Project Value 70,000,000.00 Currency EUR Procurement Type Goods,Works,Consultancy Estimated Start Date of Procurement 15/05/2026. 3. Other Information The Project will be implemented in three stages, as follows: - Stage I – construction of a public underground garage with associated above-ground parts (two covered vehicle and pedestrian entrances and three covered evacuation staircases). Construction of a transformer station within a facility owned by the Contracting Authority - Stage II – construction of sports facilities, - Stage III – installation of equipment in the transformer station. The investment is expected to include the construction of an underground public parking facility with approximately 860 parking spaces, including spaces for persons with reduced mobility, together with associated access structures and supporting infrastructure. The broader site development is planned to be implemented in multiple stages, however, the financing under the present Project is expected to be focused on the underground parking facility and related infrastructure. The Borrower will organise a procedure of Early Market Engagement (EME) in April 2026 in order to ensure a worldwide information for the interested markets, including collection of the best practices/methods for contracting of the works concerned. Contracts shall be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules and open for participation of companies from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents. Procurement under this Project will be conducted using the EBRD Client E-Procurement Portal (ECEPP).
