UNDP Pakistan seeks a qualified firm to conduct an endline assessment of the RESTORE project across 46 target schools in Sindh. The selected firm will review project documentation, design and implement a statistically robust survey, and measure key project indicators related to perceptions of safety and support within the learning environment among students, teachers, school staff, and School Management Committee (SMC) members. The assignment includes developing sampling methodologies and survey tools, conducting in-person data collection in all target schools, gathering school-level information on educational infrastructure and project interventions, and ensuring high-quality data management and analysis. The firm will be responsible for recruiting and training field teams, coordinating field activities with relevant stakeholders, maintaining safeguarding and quality assurance standards, and collecting data through secure digital platforms. The firm will analyse and interpret survey findings, produce school-level profiles, generate comparable endline results against baseline data, and prepare draft and final reports. All datasets, analytical files, documentation, and editable source materials shall be handed over to UNDP upon completion of the assignment. • Submit the draft and final endline reports and the complete data, school-profile, Address consolidated UNDP comments through a response matrix and transfer all editable source files to UNDP.
