Introduction Le Programme des Nations Unies pour le développement (PNUD) à Djibouti lance un appel d’offres pour la fourniture, le transport, l’installation, les essais et la mise en service de systèmes solaires photovoltaïques destinés à assurer une alimentation électrique fiable et continue de la Salle de Situation Nationale à Djibouti-ville et des cinq Centres régionaux de coordination situés à Ali-Sabieh, Arta, Dikhil, Obock et Tadjourah. La prestation comprend notamment la fourniture de l’ensemble des équipements et accessoires nécessaires, leur acheminement sur les différents sites, l’installation complète des systèmes, les raccordements électriques, les dispositifs de protection et de mise à la terre, les essais de fonctionnement, la mise en service, la formation des utilisateurs ainsi que la remise de la documentation technique, des garanties et des manuels d’exploitation et de maintenance.
