Introduction Introduction : UNDP Kazakhstan acting as a Lead Agency and on behalf of participating UN Agencies (ILO, IOM, UN Women, UNAIDS, UNCTAD, UNDGC, UNESCO, UNFPA, UNHCR, UNICEF, UNDRR, UNOCHA, UNODC, WHO, FAO) is regularly organizing conferences, workshops, seminars and meetings in respect of their programme implementation in Astana and Almaty. To achieve cost efficiency from economies of scale while ensuring outstanding quality of services, it was agreed by UNDP in Kazakhstan to consolidate all hotel service requirements and conclude Long Term Agreements (LTAs) for the provision of Hotel and Conference Services for a maximum period of three (3) years. The successful Hotels will be contracted for an initial period of one year, and the contract shall be renewable upon documented satisfactory performance for additional two (1+1) years. The LTAs shall not guarantee an estimate volume of sales on the part of UNDP and other UN Agencies. LTAs will be issued with 2 top Hotels of each category in each location. The winning Hotels must meet minimum qualification requirements and propose the lowest-priced Bids/ maximum discounts for UN. Long-term agreements will reflect ceiling amount for the total volume of services rendered within the lifetime of LTAs and fixed discount percentage for UNDP and UN Agencies in Kazakhstan. Purchase Order (PO) will be issued following a secondary bidding process to be conducted between the LTA holders based on requirements and location for each specific event. Важно отметить, что LTA не гарантируют объем потребления услуг ПРООН и других Агентств ООН. LTA будут подписаны с 2 топовыми отелями каждой категории в каждой локации. Отели-победители должны соответствовать минимальным квалификационным требованиям и предложить максимальные скидки для ООН. Долгосрочные соглашения будут отражать максимальную сумму общего объема услуг, предоставленных в течение срока действия контракта, и фиксированную процентную скидку для ПРООН и Агенств ООН в Казахстане. Заказ на бронирование (Purchase Order) будет присуждаться отелю после вторичного процесса торгов, который будет проведен между держателями LTA в зависимости от требований и места проведения каждого конкретного мероприятия.
