Introduction Contratação de consultoria especializada (pessoa jurídica) para execução da pesquisa de avaliação de impacto dos 20 anos do Programa NEOJIBA O contrato terá vigência de 150 dias visando realizar pesquisa de avaliação de impacto social, cultural e educacional do Programa Núcleos Estaduais de Orquestras Juvenis e Infantis da Bahia – NEOJIBA, ao longo de seus 20 anos de existência, com vistas a mensurar os efeitos do Programa na trajetória pessoal, familiar e educativa de seus integrantes, bem como no desenvolvimento institucional do Instituto de Desenvolvimento Social pela Música (IDSM) e nos territórios de abrangência dos Núcleos, gerando evidências qualitativas e quantitativas que subsidiem estratégias de advocacy que subsidiem a sustentabilidade e institucionalização do Programa como política pública.  Solicita-se aos interessados que indiquem sua intenção de apresentar proposta criando uma resposta preliminar ( draft response ) no sistema, sem submetê-la imediatamente. Isso permitirá que o sistema envie notificações automáticas caso sejam realizadas alterações ou emitidos esclarecimentos relacionados à presente licitação. The study will seek to measure the Program’s effects on the personal, family, and educational trajectories of its participants, as well as its contribution to the institutional development of the Instituto de Desenvolvimento Social pela Música (IDSM) and to the communities served by the NEOJIBA centers. The assignment will generate both qualitative and quantitative evidence to support advocacy initiatives, thereby contributing to the sustainability of the Program and strengthening its institutionalization as a public policy.Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
