Introduction Objetivo de la Consultoría: Diseñar conceptualmente dos instrumentos financieros viables y adaptados al contexto uruguayo, incluyendo un análisis de sus condiciones financieras, institucionales, jurídicas y operativas, con el propósito de movilizar recursos públicos y privados para la implementación de medidas priorizadas de la 2.ª NDC en los sectores agropecuario, energético y de transporte (Ver Anexo de medidas priorizadas). Indique si tiene intención de presentar una oferta creando un borrador de respuesta sin enviarla directamente en el sistema.
