experience of working in Sub-Sahara Africa - at least one (1) of the assignments should be in Sub-Shara Africa - and other regions. Evidence shall be attached as supporting documents for the Expression of Interest. The Project is being prepared for seeking financial support of the World Bank (the “Bank”) and therefore must comply with the World Bank Safeguards Policies and Performance Standards (see the concept project information document stage at the WB website [1]). Accordingly, the Mphanda Nkuwa Project needs to comply with the World Bank Environmental and Social Framework (ESF) – Community Health and Safety (ESS4[2]). To this effect two panel of experts (PoEs) need to be formed: (i) Panel of Experts for Dam Safety (PoE-DS); and (ii) Panel of Experts for Environmental and Social Management (PoE-ESM).
