Les soumissionnaires doivent satisfaire aux critères de qualification suivants : • • Avoir réalisé un chiffre d'affaires annuel moyen d’au moins 120 000 000 FCFA au cours des cinq (5) dernières années portant sur des travaux de construction. • Avoir réalisé avec succès au moins deux (2) marchés avec une valeur et un volume minimum par marché, au moins égal au montant de son offre au cours des années allant de 2021 à 2025 ; • Avoir le matériel par lot nécessaire pour la réalisation des travaux tel que déterminé dans le DAO ; • Avoir le personnel par lot jouissant de l’expérience et de la qualification nécessaires pour la réalisation des travaux. • Les pièces à joindre à l’offre sont les suivantes : • Une copie légalisée d’agrément national BTP confirmé, 2ème catégorie minimum ; • Une attestation de non exclusion de la commande publique délivrée par l’ARCOP et en cours de validité, en original ou en photocopie légalisée ; • Une déclaration sur l’honneur du soumissionnaire selon le modèle fourni par l’ARCOP attestant sa non affiliation à une société, cabinet d’études ou entité qui a fourni des services de conseil pendant la phase préparatoire du DAO ou qui a été engagé (ou serait engagé) comme maître d’œuvre au titre du marché ; • Une attestation d’engagement indiquant que le soumissionnaire a pris connaissance des dispositions du Code d’éthique en matière de marchés publics selon le modèle fourni par l’ARCOP, et s’engage à les respecter. 8 . Le Dossier d’Appel d’offres en français peut être acheté par tout soumissionnaire intéressé, contre paiement non remboursable de la somme de Deux Cent Mille (200 000 FCFA).
