Scope of Services The selected consulting firm will: (i) review existing curricula and policies; (ii) develop curriculum frameworks and learning outcomes; (iii) prepare curricula, teacher guides and learning resources for Forms 1–3 in Dominica and Forms 1–2 in Grenada; (iv) develop a national assessment strategy, item bank and digital assessment library; (v) pilot and refine the curriculum; (vi) train curriculum developers, teachers and education officers; (vii) integrate resources into an existing regional LMS; and (viii) prepare sustainability and rollout plans.
