The consulting services (“the Services”) include: Development of 5-year Strategic Plans as well as targeted business plans for the selected (identified) O&M Operators of Turkana Rural Water and Sanitation Company, Marsabit Water and Sewerage Company, Wajir Water and Sewerage Company, Mandera Water and Sewerage Company and Garissa Rural Water and Sanitation Corporation.
