Reference No: SVGUBEC-C-IC-24 The Government of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (GoSVG) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the SVG Unleashing the Blue Economy of the Caribbean (UBEC) project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The Government of SVG has established a Project Implementation Unit (PIU) at the Ministry of Tourism, Civil Aviation, and Sustainable Development (MoTCASD) responsible for implementing the UBEC project national-level activities and coordinating with relevant ministries.
