Shortlisting Criteria: Proven experience in developing environmental/waste management MIS, government platform integration, projects financed by international partners (World Bank, GEF), and knowledge of Stockholm/Basel Conventions Selection Process: The Consulting Firm will be selected in accordance with the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers. The selection method will be Quality- and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) using a Lump-Sum Contract.
