Objective and Purpose of the Assignment
The State Bank of Pakistan through its Consumer Protection Department (CPD), under the Women
Inclusive Finance Program (WIFP), intends to engage a consulting firm to conduct a nationwide
baseline Gender-Focused Voice of Customer (VoC) survey for the banking industry under the National
Financial Inclusion Strategy 2024–28 of the State Bank of Pakistan.
This national diagnostic
exercise is aimed at capturing women's access, experiences, satisfaction, and treatment within the
banking sector, particularly focusing on underserved and marginalized populations including rural
women.
