The Government of South Sudan (GOSS) has received financing from the World Bank to participate in the first series of projects for the Eastern Africa Regional Digital Integration Project (EARDIP-SOP-1). The project development objective is to increase access to broadband and digital services through the development and integration of digital markets in the Eastern Africa Region. 2. Government of South Sudan (GOSS) intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Fiber Optic Network Backbone.
