Through undertaking a Gender Diagnostic Analysis and Impact Assessment, sex-disaggregated data will be collected to fill critical gaps in knowledge and inform the intervention strategies. • To enhance the capacity of economically active WSMEs to run successful businesses by promoting existing income-generating activities and strengthening their marketing and business skills. • To increase gender sensitivity and women’s employability through training and skills development in selected ETG-related agribusiness activities (input provision, mechanization, production, post-harvest handling, processing, and logistics) to augment their household income. • To facilitate linkages to financial institutions and end markets for women entrepreneurs by identifying partnering financial institutions in the three countries and training the WSMEs for investment readiness https://www.afdb.org/sites/default/files/documents/project-related-procurement/general_procurement_notice_template_for_etg-tc.pdf Related Sections • Gender • Procurement notices • Project-related Procurement • General Procurement Notices Last updated: 03-Dec-2025
