*OFFICIAL USE ONLY General Procurement Notice (GPN) Date: July 1, 2026 Country: Fiji Project: Strengthening Climate Resilience of Rural Infrastructure Program (SCRIP) Grant No.: S000695 Project Implementing Entity: Water Authority of Fiji (WAF) 1. The WAF has received a grant from the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB/the Bank)’s Project Preparation Special Fund (PPSF) in the amount of US$1,362,500.00 to support the preparation of SCRIP, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments for goods, works, non-consulting services and consulting services as described below. 2. The PPSF grant is expected to support the following procurements, among others: Consultancy Services for the Feasibility Study and Detailed Engineering Design for Rural Water and Sanitation Intervention, and individual consultant for Procurement and Financial Specialist. 3. Procurement of contracts financed by the Bank will be conducted through the procedures as specified in the Bank’s Procurement Instructions for Recipients (July 26, 2024) (Procurement Instructions), and is open to all eligible firms and individuals as defined in the Procurement Instructions. The Bank shall publish on its website the agreed initial procurement plan and all subsequent updates once it has provided a no objection. 4. Specific procurement notices for contracts subject to open international competitive procurement will be announced, as they become available, on the Bank’s website and WAF’s Social Media Platforms and Tender Link. 5.
