General Procurement Notice 1. Funding Details The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project. Additional financing information: EBRD Loan to finance a EUR 10 million plus REEP grant up to EUR 1 million. 2. Information on the Project Project Description: The Project will finance the energy efficient refurbishment of the Zenica Cantonal Hospital, a priority investment for FBiH and the Canton. The main purpose of the Project is to increase energy efficiency of the building complex, reduce CO2 emissions and improve local air quality. The Project also includes a climate adaptation component through the introduction of anti-flooding measures. The envisaged investment has significant environmental and health benefits and will considerably increase the quality and efficiency of services provided by the Hospital. The project would require the procurement of the following goods, works and services: • Construction and mechanical works • Infrastructure works for connection to the natural gas network • Supervision of construction and mechanical works • Supervision of infrastructure works for connection to the natural gas network • Credit Enhancement Programme • Development of the GCAP for the City of Zenica Estimated Total Project Value 21,229,100.00 Currency EUR Procurement Type Goods,Works,Consultancy Estimated Start Date of Procurement 10/05/2023. 3.
