Funding Details The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project. Additional financing information: To be confirmed: EBRD Loan up to EUR 100 million 2. Information on the Project Project Description: The project consists on the development of: - Solar Power Plant in Sukošan (45 MW connecting power, 56 MW installed power, optional battery storage with capacity up to 200 MWh, location: Municipality of Sukošan, Zadar County). The scope of this contract also includes battery storage with a capacity up to 200 MWh. - Wind Power Plant Zelovo (30 MW connecting power, 36 MW installed power, municipalities Muć, Hrvace and Sinj, Split-Dalmatia County) Estimated Total Project Value 110,000,000.00 Currency EUR Procurement Type Goods,Works,Consultancy Estimated Start Date of Procurement 31/03/2026. 3. Other Information Contracts will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules and are open for participation for firms from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents.
