General Procurement Notice 1. Funding Details The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project. Additional financing information: EBRD loan, Swedfund grant, Ukraine Energy Support Fund grants, Ukrnafta's own funds 2. Information on the Project Project Description: The Bank is providing financing to Public Joint Stock Company 'Ukrnafta' (the 'Client'). The facility will consist of a sovereign guaranteed loan up to EUR 160 mln, expected to be co-financed by parallel investment grants, as well as a Technical Cooperation grant(s) (the 'Project'). The Project will finance the construction of a new combined heat-and-power plant with a electrical output of up to 250MW. Estimated Total Project Value 314,000,000.00 Currency EUR Procurement Type Works Estimated Start Date of Procurement 01/07/2026. 3. Other Information Contracts will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules and are open for participation for firms from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents. Procurement under this project will be conducted using the EBRD Client E-Procurement Portal (ECEPP). Registered entities will be notified directly when any procurement opportunities are published. To optimise the procurement and implementation strategy for the Project and assess market's risk appetite, the Client is planning to hold open market consultations (online) on June 10, 2026 at 13:00 UK / 15:00 Kyiv time.
