Funding Details The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project. Information on the Project Project Description: Construction of a 50MWp ground mounted solar photovoltaic (“PV”) plant in Belshi, central Albania. Estimated Total Project Value 41,670,000.00 Currency EUR Procurement Type Works,Consultancy Estimated Start Date of Procurement 20/11/2025. 3. Other Information KESH has received a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the “Belshi Solar Photovoltaic Project” in Albania in the amount of 30 million Euro by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (“the Bank” or “EBRD”), and a grant in the amount of 9.25 million Euro by the WBIF to finance the project of KESH, Belshi Solar PV Project. The proposed project, which has a total estimated cost of 41.671 million Euro equivalent will require the procurement of the following goods, works and services: 1. Design, Build and Operation for the 50MW photovoltaic. 2. Supervisor Engineer. 3. PIU Support Consultant. Procurement of the above contracts are expected to begin in the first quarter of the 2026. Contracts will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules and are open for participation for firms from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents. Procurement under this project will be conducted using the EBRD Client E-Procurement Portal (ECEPP).
