General Procurement Notice 1. Funding Details The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project. Additional financing information: Subject to approval: EBRD loan - EUR 120 million Investment grant (administered by EBRD) - EUR 20 million Client co-financing (VAT and cost of construction and installation works) - EUR 38 million 2. Information on the Project Project Description: The EBRD is considering a Project to finance the supply of critical equipment for selected hydro power plants operated by Ukrhydroenergo PJSC (UHE) and the consultancy services for the purposes of project implementation. Subject to approval and signing, the Project will finance the following contracts (taking in account the ongoing war related risks): - Supply of two special gantry cranes (2x350 t.) for Dniester HPP and gantry crane (2x225 t.) for Kaniv HPP; - Supply of hydro power equipment (generator and turbine) for Dnipro HPP-2; - Supply of sealed metal covers over hydro-units for Kyiv HPP (17 pcs.); - Project Implementation Support consultancy services; - Construction and installation works. Other Information Contracts will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules and are open for participation for firms from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents.
