Funding Details The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project. Additional financing information: The project will be co-financed with Donors funds and AfDB. One Works operation will be jointly co-financed with AfDB, under AfDB Procurement Framework the other operations will be under EBRD Procurement Policies and Rules. The Consultancy services will be financed by a EBRD grant. 2. Information on the Project Project Description: The loan will be used to finance the construction works for land development of c. 600 ha of the Free Zone including site clearance, earthworks, general groundworks, utilities, and road preparation.
