Introduction Dear Bidder, The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit your Proposal to the Request for Proposal UNDP-UKR- 01811 :  Provision of services to the development of educational courses for Diia.Education online learning portal. Interested suppliers must submit their proposal directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide. In case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in guides available in the UNDP website:   https://www.undp.org/procurement/resources-suppliers .   Do not create a new profile if you already have one . Use the forgotten password feature in case you do not remember the password or the username from previous registration. All the bidders are strongly encouraged to initiate the supplier registration in Quantum system at least five (5) days before the tender deadline. Search for the specific tender using search filters and subscribe to the tender in order to get notifications in case of amendments of the tender document. The Pre-Proposal Conference with interested proposers will be held on September 15 , 2026 at 11:00 (Kyiv time) via Zoom . Interested bidders are required to register for the Pre-Proposal Conference by providing the following information (Name, Title, Company Name, Email Address of Attendee) through the Quantum messaging functionality or to the email address below :  E-mail: procurement.ua@undp.org Attn: Procurement Unit Subject:  UNDP-UKR-01811 – Pre-Proposal Conference Registration Meeting details with Zoom link will be provided directly to those who expressed interest to participate by accepting invitation and requested by email.
